“I worked with Matt over the phone and through email on a number of custom pieces of outdoor furniture. He was very accommodating, and worked with me to meet a delivery deadline. The furniture looks great and is high quality. After delivery, I noticed a flaw in an arm of one chair and emailed Matt with a photo. Within a week, a representative was at my house and replaced the arm with no questions asked. The customer service experience has been excellent.”
